The city, even with the busy traffic boulevards, is quite pedestrian friendly.
Famous person.
Not sure about the horse.
The city seems to be a host to anywhere from one to a half dozen civil protests a day.
Some even stemming back to the violet past of the tortuous dictatorships from as the recent as the '80's.
Here an assembly of mothers have gathered every Thursday for the past thirty five years.
Many, if not all, lost love ones who not so simply just "disappeared".
