In Douglas, Arizona there is our Motel 6 and then the very historic Gadsden Hotel.
Before we cross in to Mexico we'll take a quick look.
Walking into this place is one thing but can you imagine one hundred years ago when most of all western USA was still the domain of the bison.
Douglas along with nearby Bisbee and Tombstone were some of the largest and most affluent "towns" found in all of the territory between the mighty Mississippi and California.
Included in the crazy history of this place is Pancho Villa on horseback stampeding up the marble staircase,
claiming all for MEH-HE-CO.
A chipped step is one of the hotels draws.
