VALPARAISIO, CHILE. DECMEMBER 10, 2016

December 10, 2016
Day 13

With continued curiosity
but with renewed vigilance in the battle of good versus evil, we continue to explore and like Valparaiso. We are in the middle of a week stay and building our sightseeing  agenda as we better get to know the town.

But firstly you can't go on an empty stomach.
Breakfast.
Where else other than Spain, Spanish Omelet.

This vacant beauty is evidence of the rich local history.

Though we are in a rather newer building, these and almost all of the town is showing, in all ways, its age.

The Marine Museum dualy reflects the city's naval heritage.

 Love this map.
Sorry Carol and John, you don't exist.

The country of Chile is known for many things.
Many we'll experience

Here to our surprise, just after watching the relevent "33" is a static display of the rescue of the thirty three trapped Chilean miners.

This is the actual capsule used in the rescue.

Starring in the movie, here I do my best
Antonio Bandaras impersonation.
