NAXOS, GREECE. GOODBYE. FOR NOW!

Good morning World!

We loved the old town. Best fun was getting lost.

If you are ever looking for it, this is the path of constant learning. Ya. Right here. This one.

Our enjoyment of each individual Greek island visit will be dependent on some variables of the time.

Early in the tourist season saw fewer services open but certainly limited those pesky tourists.
Mid March can bring unpredictable and mostly unlikely beach weather but bouts of cool were welcome by Kate and I.
Off season prices can not be beat.
Rooms were cheap
SO ARE WE!!!

After five amazing days in Naxos, we will leave not knowing that we might be starting with our favourite?

Got me to the greek.
Soon one day it will be,
Get me to the Albania.

I see.
Its Greek and English to me.
(we like to travel with a few of the most useful phrases in the local language but sadly didn't even bother to try here. Thank goodness that any place that was willing to take your money had a good link to the english language in some form or another.
Hey, wait a minute!)

Marble Mountain
But we ain't in Newfoundland.

Check out the tiny toy excavator in the bottom LHS of photo.

I spy with my little eye a
"picnic table"

Goodbye Naxos. We will see you later.
Really
Our ferry routing will have us zig an zagging by here a couple of times more.

Stay connected as we now head to the island of Paros.
