QUEENSTOWN, NEW ZEALAND
After a couple nights at and near the tranquility of Milford Sound we're up for a little freshening up and what will turn out to be some excellent small sport town hospitality. And who knows what else. We are in the adventure capital of New Zealand if not by Kiwi lore, the world. I'm definitely up for some adventure outdoor patio eats!
Maybe a lamb burger on a fresh BUN. GEE, that sounds good. At least some extreme ice cream.

It couldn't of given Kate and I greater pleasure to have had lunch while we were constantly reminded of our second daughter. The restaurant was named and decorated in reference to the gold mine town in Australia were she attended, through an exchange program, a grammar school for three months.
Kate and I continue to be proud of her.
I don't have any images in the library from Ballarat so here is daughter
number two with my mother. Pre-school.
Street busker from Quebec City. Dropped some Canadian money in his hat. He seemed disappointed.
We will leave Queenstown giving it a high rating as towns go. Touristy but with a good mix of fine dining and street grub. Pleasantly crowed with luxury travellers and shoestring backpackers. Excellent mix of local sport shops and global brand outdoor supply chains. Most welcome warm sunny day and refreshingly cool nights. Good balance of chocolatiers and home grown ice cream. Unlimited window shopping of any adventure kick you can think of, then write that you did it, with only a very small group of person knowing if it's true or not.
Extreme sports. Ya right!
Paddle Boarding.
WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
