MUSKRAT FALLS, LABRADOR
Rainbow marks the camp spot.
Our day ended on pavement for driving and close to hardtop for camping.
We had one more night of camping in us before our planned roll-in to Happy
Valley- Goose Bay were we will regroup for our next adventure north.
With the road not that busy in the first place, and expectedly quiet for the night, we have taken advantage of a Labrador hospitality turnout. Checklist. 1) Tent spot 2) picnic table (bonus) 3) view. Three out of three.
The added comfort of the new guardrail situated perfectly for some wayward eighteen wheeler zigging when it should have zagging afforded us, if desired, a night of terrifying dreams other than being run over by some seventeen wheeler.
