When I was thinking about this run across the USA, thought I’d like to return after thirty three years, (we were here with Hyla, you do the math) to the Black Hills of South Dakota. Glad I did. Even with a bit of challenging weather, love the area. Add to the scenery, cool touristy towns, beautiful Mickelson Bike Path, …..caught the beginning of the world’s largest motorcycle get together. The Sturgis Bike rally. Upwards of 500,000 “people”(just the bit that I was here saw not most of everything but…true badass…)
