COTTAGE LIFE

June 7

Again just a collection of images as we move ahead on the primary goal of siding the cottage.

We will leave this gable rather plain as it will backdrop the "CatLake" moose antlers.

Holy shit!
Our new composting toilet.
Kate doing her business, adding accelerate.
(When we got a price for a septic bed for a flush toilet I had a shit. Good thing we have our composting....)

The bay,as most times, is remarkably clear.
I see a fish.

Water Wolf Northern pike caught casting off our dock.

Catch and release.

At the rate we are going we will be tackling these sides soon.
Soon.
Soon.

NEMY FAMILY COTTAGE. BAYFIELD INLET. LATE MAYish

Late MAYish

Random images as we continue on our goal of siding the cottage.

We are more than happy with the outcome so far.
The siding and trim in light of the quality of the material, the size in relation to the building, the "cove" profile, how the "rough sawn" is taking the paint, ease of handling and installing...
Equally happy with the paint's apparent quality and our colour selection.

Slip siding away.

If you think the outside of my pants are brown, you should see.......

Returning from our weekly trip to Parry Sound.
Two pieces of this, six pieces of that, ......

This and that.
Tiska, taska,
Tick, tock,
grandfather clock.
