PEDALING FOR PARKINSON'S 2016 - SUNDAY

Good morning
and welcome to day three of,
well, the jersey says it all.

As in the two previous days, ride routes and distances vary.

I'll hop on this "bike gang"and see where the're off to.

Many of the significant efforts of the weekend are off the bike.
One of these Little Belgium rider's dad handcrafted  all the wonderful pottery that found their way into our swag musettes.
THANK YOU

Riding's fun,
 but stopping better.

Definitely a highlight are the
WELL APPOINTED
rest stops peppered on all the routes.

BIG
thanks everyone.

Bring her, and hopefully me, on home boys.
Its burger time

Thanks Jon

Parkinson's  changes everything.

It sure does.

CONGRATULATIONS
and
THANKS TO ALL

PEDALING FOR PARKINSON'S 2016 - SATURDAY

If we banged off 115k's in the rain yesterday,
Wonder what today brings?

This gang is full on rain or shine.

With this being my third year, it has a feel of a family reunion.

Going to put my burger order in.

Who is your
"Reason to Ride"?

Stay hydrated my friend.

Come for the cause
Stay for the swag.
Not only is so much donated, but much is hand crafted as this honey by P4P co founder Peter and Canadore College.
(I'll show you later. I have a picture of the bee that made mine)

As for myself, awareness is a big part of the weekend.

Thanks to "mom", you are registered and your right here.

Nice kit!
It is July!!!
We'll keep a eye out for LeTour2026.

Many of these pictures tell a story.
And many of these stories are of hope powered by events like this.
This is an event.
Somebody once said its not about the bike.

I'm humbled to be part of an event with a little more than two hundred and fifty participants that just this year raised in excess of
$180,000.00
All GOING TO RESEARCH

Friends helping friends.

Family ties.
This gang, and moms not far, racked up the K's, the $'s, the smiles,...
If any of these guys ask you if you want to go for a bike ride,
careful, it could be 130k's.

Looks like a nice day for a bike ride.

We're
Pedaling for Parkinson's

Red light district.
See Peter.
We stopped.

Here we go,

and are gone.

Ride safe.
