Leaving Albaraccin, we’re on our way to another town of note, Morella. Before we left we already started paying attention to the weather forecast. First is the reality that, yes, it’s winter in Spain. Though not that far from the coast, we are at elevation and snow is not that uncommon. What is uncommon is that they are forecasting for the region snow with possible accumulation of seventy-five cms. With that just being one centimetre less than the height of our rental car, will heed the warnings and start adjusting our travel plans accordingly.
Back home those are not pork rinds.
This is a pork rind, Sir!
Guess what we bought to accompany our supper?
Local fare.
