Hello everyone,
We have arrived in India. Our flight was good and even arrived half-hour early. Sounds like a lot but maybe not considering the flight was scheduled for over fifteen hours. Hyla met us without problem and before we knew it we were downtown Delhi. Here’s where I will leave and describe later what a new world we have come to. Will take a few notes to even start trying to capture this place. We did manage our first night, amidst a couple power outages, ………… but more so the heat. We arrived to 40+C temperatures but we are managing.
After our first night in Delhi, Saturday, this morning we hired a car and made the 200km trip to Agra. We visited the Agra Fort and then went out to eat. Quite good. Hyla is already proving herself as a worthy tour guide but more so a long lost sister and daughter. Tomorrow, Monday, we are getting up @ five to visit the Taj Mahal.
Hopefully to beat the heat.
Will all along be trying to attaché with or send random photos the whole trip.
