OFF TO THE GREAT WHITE FRONTIER
Our push to Colorado was somewhat short-lived as the weather, blizzard, we drove into closed the thruway.
We safely crawled the last 20 miles of the day and held up for the night in western Kansas.
By morning some places in the area had upwards of 20".
After some digging....
....we're on to hopefully more snow and MOUNTAINS.
Wanting to add to my list of places I've skied but couldn't find a hill for a couple of hundred miles.
It wasn't long before we had dry road to and thru Denver.
Our first winter destination is apply named
Winter Park, Colorado.
Here we have passed thru Denver and are crossing the
Berthoud Pass @ 11,400' above Toronto level.
