While we are on the subject of ghost towns in Colorado, here John and I explore South Park City.
It wasn't on our routing but not to much further south of Breckenridge where we were earlier.
Apparently today it is well preserved and protected as one of Colorado's most visited ghost towns

This was part of our parents bringing us to Colorado to do some spring skiing in 1966.
