What does it mean when you get escorted out of town by the local marching band.
It means that here they celebrate every millionth visitor. Kate did venture down the island one day, but we certainly enjoyed our stay in the town of Corfu. We can certainly see it being a popular tourist destination worthy of millions.
We made our way here by air. Now we will do a short ferry ride back to mainland Greece. There shortly after midnight we will start our convoluted journey to Dubrovnik, Croatia via Bari, Italy.
Before we leave, what else, Greek salad and some fine BBQ chicken.
Our early season travels limits our options how we push up the Adriatic. Here we will have a ten crossing to Italy, stay one night, mainly to mix up the menu, and cross back to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
