We've made our way to New Mexico. We diverted from our last scheduled stop in Texas, El Paso as they seem to be flooded with aliens from the south.
We relieved them of a couple coming from the north.
With time to spend before our rendezvous with some other cyclists, we just opened the map and headed,
with much success to Silver City and the Gila National Forest.
I will ride what later I will figure out to be some stages of one of USA's great bike races,
The Tour of the Gila.
