Keremeos, BC
Starting just as I cycled into Keremeos, this portion of the lower Okanagan Valley is covered by fruit and vegetable farms and markets.
Meeting my first and only fellow cycle tourer.
Traded notes about climbs.
Not the most encouraging talk I've had.
By the crow that nests on this highway, USA might not even be five kilometres from this intersection.
Had another ten "K" of climbing on my way.
Oh my!
Not too bad today, upper 20's.
Place is known to better much be in the 30's through out the summer.
