BAYFIELD INLET , ONTARIO - SNOW DAY 2014

MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2014

Lets get the coffee poured and some breakfast. Then a shovelling we will go.

Man versus Nature. The path to victory,
The people of Nunatsiavut have about sixteen different names for snow.
I'm good with one.

 Looking back towards the cabin.

This is the actual spot where they freeze the balls of those brass monkeys.

From our swim dock "A"looking out to Georgian Bay.

Zoom in for a closer look.
The larger channel on the left is our usual access.

Our neighbours, the Leslies, are little further inland down this channel.
We'll go tomorrow for a mid winter building inspection of their new cottage. Now under construction.

This would be our boat approach to our landing dock(storage box). Behind is what remains of our cottage tear down.
