Our first day dawned clear and cold.
Why don't we take a look around. But first let's get the coffee brewing before we fuel up with breakfast and then get to some shovelling. Some shovelling?
Inside plus twenty. Outside minus twenty.
Somewhere out there are our lounge chairs and the bridge to Le Point.
Coffee time. After this we did all our cooking and brewing on the wood stove.
Worked out that if we put the coffee peculator on the stove at the 06:00hr stoking, we woke to that sweet smell and were ready to pour by 07:30. Good incentive to rise and not spend the whole day in bed.
