AUYUITTUQ NATIONAL PARK 1981. THOR CAMP. POST 10 OF 19

Pretty much as big of a tree as you will find.
The Arctic Willow.

These shelters were deemed to be used in emergency only.
I will not set much of a camp here.
I will be leaving during the night to take advantage of overnight reduced glacial flow on streams up-valley I'm due to cross.
The brilliant weather has its detriments.
Heavy glacial run-off.
