Lisbon, Portugal March 17, 2020
Our day has come to return to Canada.
The news has been mounting and other than the confirmation of our flight we are expecting the unexpected at the airport.
We have such a good feeling about our pending arrival. Hyla and friend have gone the extra kilometre in bringing our truck, with a generous load of supplies, to YYZ.
With a scheduled midnight arrival, our plans are to do a quick overnight isolation.
Then off to do our mandatory two weeks.
Under the circumstances we are leaving in good spirits.
We plan one day to pick up where we are leaving off.
How about leaving on a happy note.
This was pretty much all the sightseeing I needed to do.
Can't fight Corona on an empty stomach.
