Happy Birthday Kate
When we arrived in Lisbon the news on Covid19 was just notching up across Europe and the world.
It is now almost three weeks since we were in Italy, currently the European hotspot.
A month since Spain, which is also ramping up cases.

Portugal was free of any reported illnesses so we decided to do a little wandering. With almost three months of "exploring Europe" behind us, we were content to keep it simple.
Our intentions are to one day return and start fresh.
During our travels we've been trying to stay away from the real touristy spots.
With our lodging close, here we amble by the core touristy district.
Nice in a touristy way.
They are all relatively nice and friendly, but the day that Kate and I eat at a restaurant beckoned by some good looking guy,
well I think I'll just go to McDonalds and get it over with.
(Suppose to stay away from places that have lots of pictures of what they serve as well)
