Bienvenido Santigo, Chile
Kate and I will be using Santiago as a bit of a hub over the next two weeks. We'll post enough of the city as we venture so I'll not ruin the first one with insightful babble.
We'll just post em as we see em.
Our first day walk about, being a Sunday, we found people out and about doing what one would in many parts of the world.

We've taken a small apartment for our first stay.
For a few provisions we are on both ends of the spectrum. The bill is in excess of seventeen thousand pesos but from the value end, room and goods, we are well on the cheap end of a Canadian scale.

Much more Santiago up next and next.
