CHURCHILL FALLS, LABRADOR

Smile

Churchill Falls wash-up before our tour.

What few attractions, and the things that go with them, are in these vast country are large.
These bolts are 10ft long!

These guys showed us a large control knob that when bored they can turn the power up and down for a couple hundred million people.
They told us they were the ones who turned the power off when they were just about to announce
"Who shot J.R."

 Forewoman and workman.

This girl wanted a better look. I don't think shorts are appropriate.

Inter active displays. This is how much electricity it takes to power Ridgeville for a day.

This photo is a "before" from the previous post.

Let's make a few K's before another camp night.

We've become comfortable with crossing these long tracks of road.
I don't bother checking the gas gauge anymore. All our attention is directed to ensuring the cooler is packed with any local delicacy.
