Puerto Natales.
We will now have arrived and departed on three separate occasions.
Tomorrow we will leave for good.
This city seems to service the tourist traffic well. Torres del Paine Parque Nacional and beyond, being Argentina and the southern extreme of Chile.

We have been struggling a bit on the food front.
We at all times travel for the culinary experience. Starting with walk-up, street and beyond. The selection and style have us closely adhering to the local
"meat and potatoes(fries)" basic fare. This country with one of the longest coastlines in the world has you working pretty hard to find that particular bounty.
Different is good. grocery stores are generously supplied but many outside the larger metropolis's have limited variety outside of the "local" staples.

We now close another chapter on our travels.
Our successful traverse of the park, one of our primary destinations, is complete.
Distant years and recent months of wondering, planning, scheduling are behind us.
Recent weeks of listening to current and detailed stories, checking weather reports and booking all sorts of transportation and more have passed.
Time has been our teacher.
Time has been our teacher.
Nature has been our force.
Having forded off all things superstition, we continue to uphold a mix of some organising, luck and good fortune to yet survive and enjoy another successful expedition.
This one a Paine.
Besides the mess in the shelves,
We're smiling.
We're smiling indeed.
