NEW MEXICO OFF-ROAD RUNNER. NEMY. PAGE 11/32. ORGAN MOUNTAIN MORNING.

Thanks for joining us. Not sure where I’m more fortunate. Getting a propelling experience in with our two daughters or riding a portion of the incredibly beautiful bike packing adventure that is the New Mexico Off-Road Runner. To do both together, well, a liberating journey of harmony and adventure I’m beyond grateful for. This once guiding father now thankfully follows the many inspirations Hyla and Nicola have become. More so Nicola’s passion of a gravel road less taken…………………….

Looks like whatever you are selling,
I ain't buying.

I know what it was.
After proclaiming the night before that it looked like we packed most of life's necessities,
to my horror just found out that our can of instant coffee was half de-caf.
Firstly won't go into whosever the hell drinks de-caf.
And further more in full respect of the country I'm travelling in, 
I just believe it's un-American to drink de-caf.


My bike touring ritual has my first action out of the tent being a tap of the tires.
This being my first introduction of riding tubeless,
better yet that there ready to roll.

Barely a trace, we'll catch a few drops of rain this morn.

Powering-up.
Other than the half powering up coffee.

When I was a kid I rode my bike to be more like an adult. Here as an adult, I ride, thanks to the girls, to be more like a kid again. What a playground.


Transcending the family bound, here, as in the past, we saddled up as compadres ciclismo.
