After a Sunday off with the legs up,
going to today take advantage of some splendid weather and enjoy the ride into Selkirk, Manitoba.
Normally in a city I'll book a room but I hear there is a nice campground in town,
down by the river.

Would have been perfect with some fried onions,
but still good!!
I have seen very few cycle tourists,
let alone conversed with any.
(I did the very first day out of Saskatoon.
A couple from Quebec heading home.)
Here a have a camp companion. A fellow from Winnipeg relatively new to touring. He wasn't going very far.
He was extremely interested in my travels.
Nice guy. He ordered firewood so we sat around the campfire.
